Yes, Sturdy Built offers warranty on all of our painted sheds; any repair costs of manufacturing defects are covered for 7 years.
(Purchasing an unpainted shed restricts warranty to 5 years.) We also continue to offer warranty work beyond seven years at current reasonable prices.
Does Sturdy Built offer Rent-to-Own?
Fortunately, for you, Sturdy Built does not. Did you know that you can spend up to three times the value of a shed with many Rent-to-Own companies?
You are far better off pulling a bank loan if needed.

Yes, we are happy to move your shed (if it was manufactured here at Sturdy Built.)
Look for the Sturdy Built plaque above the door to know whether it's a Sturdy Built
Does Sturdy Built offer Onsite Builds or Kits?
Yes, we are happy to offer both onsite builds and Build-It-Yourself Kits. Contact us for details today.
Do I need a permit for my shed?
Possibly. Most local cities and counties require homeowners to pull permits for portable buildings over 200 ft.² We recommend that you check with your office for specific requirements.
Do I need a concrete or gravel pad for my shed to set on?
No. Because we use treated skids, you can set our sheds right on the dirt. But gravel can help with drainage.
Do I need a level spot for my shed?
Yes, within a few inches if at all possible. We can shim small discrepancies but we do not provide blocking for anything over six inches.
Can I drive a vehicle onto the shed floor?
Yes. Our floors are Sturdy Built to handle almost anything:
Cars, garden tractors, motorcycles, lawn mowers- to name a few.
